The trust will be managed by an executive consisting of a Chairman/Chairwoman, a Secretary, and a Treasurer in consultation with a committee of trustees.
Note: The positions of Chairman/Chairwoman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Trustees are honorary and carry no financial compensation whatsoever.

Trustees:
Since the trustees reside in different geographical locations, it is expected that meetings will be held electronically, and attendance will be signified by electronic signatures. Minutes of meetings will also be distributed electronically. In exceptional circumstances, as determined by the executive, meetings may be held where the attendees are all physically present, at a location agreed upon by consensus. Where appropriate, the trust may reimburse their travel expenses. For the record, we note that all the mentors and trustees have volunteered to work for free. In fact, the mentors have done that right from the inception of the talent test. It clearly indicates not only their love of mathematics but their spirit of giving, for which we are grateful.
Financing: Initially, the trust will be endowed with 15 lakh rupees. It is anticipated that, as time passes, more money will be added.
